TERMS OF SERVICE
AGREEMENT FOR POST-PAID CUSTOMERS
The certified name of this retail electric provider
is Alliance Power Company, LLC (herein “Alliance”).

with hours of operation being from 8:00am to 5:00pm
on each Monday through Friday of each working day which
is not a recognized holiday.
The Electricity Facts label is attached hereto
as the page labeled “Electricity Facts”.
This is a no minimum contract term. This service is month to month only.
There is no penalty to cancel service. This service is month to month only.
Alliance will not require a deposit equal to the estimated amount of one month’s billing if Alliance is able to satisfy itself as to the Customer’s established creditworthiness for prompt payment as to such amount.
The charges which Customer pays before service is switched away from this Agreement shall be all charges owed by Customer to Alliance less any credits due Customer.
The itemization of the services included in the Customer’s contract are, subject to the provisions hereof, (i) to arrange with a transmission/distribution provider to deliver Customer’s retail electricity requirements to the Customer Locations during the Term of Service, (ii) arrange all necessary transmission/distribution services with Electric Reliability Council of Texas (“ERCOT”) or other such entity properly authorized to provide such service, and (iii) provide related Customer care services described in this Agreement. The methods and rates by which Customer will be charged for electricity is (i) $.1149 per KW hour used (as reflected by the applicable meter) (ii) plus all charges of the transmission/distribution provider shall be passed to the Customer.
There will be a late payment fee owed by Customer of 5% of the unpaid bill the payment of the bill is not received by Alliance within 15 days from the date of the bill. A return check charge of $25.00 and a Credit Card Payment Charge of $12.50 shall be made. Interest will be charged Customer at the rate of 10% per annum on all amounts more than 10 days past due.
The Customer shall have the right to cancel the Agreement without fee or penalty of any kind within three federal business days after receiving this Terms of Service Document sent to the Customer after Alliance has obtained the Customer’s authorization to provide service to the Customer. To so cancel under the right specified in this paragraph the notice of such cancellation must be in writing and delivered to Alliance’s office address as set forth herein within such three federal business days.
The Customer may cancel the Contract by notifying Alliance by telephone at phone # 940-692-8760 plus delivering to Alliance a written notification of such cancellation, delivering such at least 10 days before the date of cancellation (unless canceled under the limited right set forth in the preceding paragraph) either by (i) physical delivery thereof to Alliance’s address set forth herein, or (ii) written fax to fax # 940-723-8113 or (iii) to Alliance’s email address of garyv@alliance-power.com.
This Agreement will automatically renew upon the expiration of the Term of Service provided herein (and the termination of each successive renewal term) for such Term of Service unless either party gives the other written notice of such non-renewal at least 10 business days before the expiration of such Term of Service (or applicable renewal Term thereof).
Alliance can not deny service or require a prepayment or deposit for service based on a customer’s race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, marital status, lawful source of income, level of income, disability, familial status, location of a customer in an economically distressed geographic area, or qualification for low income or energy efficiency services.
Bill payment assistance for customers is offered by Alliance and additional information may be obtained by contacting Alliance.
Rate reductions for qualified low income customers are offered by Alliance.
Alliance may hereafter from time to time change the provisions of this Terms of Service document as permitted by law.
